She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Baker Sr. and Margaret Baker; and her husband Terry Forsyth. She is survived by: her children, Tammie White (Mike), Cindy Bass and Donnie Bass (Missy); her brother Roy Baker (Chris); her niece Dana Baker; and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
