She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Rowe and Kipps; and her son Ricky Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Bill Mitchell; her daughter Becky McNeill (Nolan) of Wheaton, Missouri; her siblings, Bob Rowe of Neosho, Missouri and Ethel Stowe of Florida; and her grandchildren, Chris Shockley (Libby) and Adria Nichols (James). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
