He is survived by: his wife Joan Ball; his brothers, James Goade (Master) and Michael Kelly (Sherie) of Arizona; his nieces, Mona Clouse, Donna Sue Surber, Kirsten Kelly, Cynthia Lentz, Sheila Pesca and Linda Kay Youngblood; and his nephew Jonathon Ball.
