She is survived by: her husband Jack Collins; her daughters, Barbara Lachner (Steve) of Neosho, Missouri and Brenda Owens (Phillip) of Neosho, Missouri; her grandchildren, Mike Moy (Karen) of Neosho and Ryan Collins (Nicole) of Texas; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Avery and Reese Collins.
