He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Alowishes Belmont and LaNelle Caldwell; and his sisters, Joan Belmont and Kathy Zimmerman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Belmont; his children, Kimberly Snyder (David), Michelle Rumans (Fred), Shannon Smith (Denny), Jason Belmont (Katie), Kristina Garrison (Jeremy) and Shaun Belmont (Lindsay); and his sisters, Jessie McMillan and Rosemary Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren and 23 beloved great-grandchildren.
