He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Rodriquez and Celia Provencio Rodriquez; his sons, Shawn Rodriguez and Anthony Villanueva; and his granddaughter Jean Gragg.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; and his children, Roy Lee Gragg (Patty), Jay Gragg, Melody Gragg Davidson, Ramon "Chito" Rodriguez (Cheryl), Dean Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez, Helen Rodriguez and Johnann Ackerson. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
