He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Joe Oliphant; his brother Eli Williams (Sue); and his brother-in-law Greg Stark. He is survived by: his mother Lois Dianne Fuller (Gillespie); his wife Robin Oliphant (Wilson); his children, Thomas Dean Oliphant Jr. (Heather Holter) of Green Bay, Marsha Curtis (Doug) of Joplin and Jonathan Oliphant (Amanda) of Neosho, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brendan, Toby, Sara, Tessa, Alyvia and Benjamin; and his siblings, Mira Stark, Debra Dilbeck (Mike), Nila Dilbert (Lindburg), Glenda Cooper (Jeff), Floyd Oliphant (Blanca), Herchell Oliphant (Tonya), Rickey Williams (Laura), Eric Williams, Sandy Williams and Linda Relliford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
