She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon Powell and Helen Laverne Foulds Powell; her husband David G. Windmeyer; and her sisters, Mary Lou Begemann and Peg Starke.

She is survived by: her sons, Loren Windmeyer (Nora) of Grand Pass, Glenn Windmeyer (Joyce) of St. Joseph, MO, Dennis Windmeyer (Donna) of Mooresville, MO and Keith Windmeyer (Christy) of Grand Pass; and her brother Tom Powell (Joan) of Pittsburg, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to New Life Home in Mayview, MO or Steppingstone Auxiliary in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
