He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Meyer and Lee Meyer; his brothers, Don and Ken Meyer; and his siblings' children, Russell Meyer and Tina Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Marie Meyer; his children, Jeff Kinney (Jessica), Lisa Remer (Steve) and Jennifer Snapp (Darin); his grandchildren, Max Motley, Alexis Harmon, Mason Remer, Leo Kinney and Gus Kinney; and his brother Charles Patrick Meyer (Patty).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Mount Moriah Cemetery South (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grandview Education Foundation in Memory of Allen Meyer or the Red Barn Farm Ministry for Water Wells.
