He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mashburn and Ora Mashburn (Bewley); his siblings, Herman, Stanley and Wilma; and his son Larry S Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Merie Morgan; and his children, Thomas A Phillips (Wanda) of Collins, MO, Mary Kathleen Russell (James) of Collins, MO, Joy L O'Kane (Ronald) of Raymore, MO and Karla K Lucas (Frank) of Anderson, IN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
