He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee and Berna Dene Lee; and his siblings, Beverly and David. He is survived by: his wife Viki; his daughter Dawn Belske (Richard); his grandchildren, Jacob Belske and Katelyn Belske; and his siblings, Jerry Lee (Carolyn), Delores Allen (Jerry) and JoAnn Johnson (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
