She was predeceased by: her father Milford Winger; and her brother Ronald Winger. She is survived by: her mother Hattie Winger; her husband Thomas Frank; her children, Joy Williams (Glenn), Joel Frank (Michelle) and Jason Frank (Jana); and her grandchildren, Timothy, Cordell, Bailey, Charlee (Chris), Arianwyn and Jessica.
