He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Gardner Rayfield; his stepmother Shelby Begley Rayfield; and his daughter Madison Rayfield. He is survived by: his father Franklin S. Rayfield of Grandview, MO; his grandson Mason Kitzi; his sister Angela "Angie" Rayfield of Grandview, MO; and his close friend Yvette Hall Hopgood (Leann Allen) of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by the mother of his daughter; as well as numerous cousins.
