He was predeceased by : his parents, Norville C. Pervier and Kathryn Pervier; and his wives, Patricia, Masumi and Colleen.

He is survived by : his children, Laura Pervier of Seattle and Jeffrey Pervier (Eileen) of Grandview, Missouri; his grandchildren, Sean, Renee and Kelley; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Maven and Sterling; his stepdaughter Tonette; his stepgrandson Rendell; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taliyah, Mykiyah, Zendayh, Maadoxx and Easton.
