With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Vandel of Grandview, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Vandel; and her father Raymond Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Heather Marshall of Kansas City, MO, Rachel Ashford (Brian) of Shawnee, KS and Ryan Vandel (Jenna) of Trenton; her grandchildren, Vinny, Quentin, Ivy, Patyn, Mason, Taylor and Beckett; her great grandchildren, Rosie, Elijah and Theo; and her stepmother Irene Taylor (Jeff Ginter).
Memorial donations are suggested to either the Kansas City Hospice House or the N.C.M.C. Foundation for a nursing scholarship.
