Peggy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Peggy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Peggy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Hutcheson and Clarence Hutcheson; her sisters, June Montgomery and Jeanie Patterson; her daughter Janell Cecil; and her grandsons, Justin Donovan and Jay Bullock. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGilley & George Funeral Home and Cremation Services (12913 Grandview Rd, Grandview, MO 64030). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Belton Cemetery (710 S Scott Ave, Belton, MO 64012).
