He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Babcock Sr. and Diana Nelson Sims; his mother-in-law Sharon Bailey; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Walker. He is survived by: his wife Tabatha Babcock; his son Roman Babcock; his stepmother Gail Babcock; his father-in-law David Birk; his stepmother-in-law Pam Birk; his brothers, Russ Babcock (Liz), Nick Erickson (Lori) and Justice Carroll (Amie); and his sister-in-law Amanda Doll (Derick). He is also survived by his 18 nieces and nephews, along with countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1826 Locust St, Kansas City, MO 64108.
