He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Percifield and LeAnn Percifield; his grandfather Leland Jones; his sister Heather Percifield (Peter Larsen); his siblings' child Bane Larsen; his brother Devin Percifield; his siblings' child Micah Armstrong; his sister-in-law Estella Percifield; and his children, Ashleigh, Illanna, Lilleanna, Kaleb and Valor Percifield.
