He is survived by: his parents, Robert Dale and Sue Ellen Hull (McCall); his brother Patrick Hull (Rachel); his nieces, Lydia and Eva Hull; his aunt Janet Hull; and his great-aunt Phillis Kemper. He is also survived by cousins, and a host of other friends.
