She was predeceased by: her parents, I. Nelson Fletchall and Helen Hamblen (Hughes); and her son Bradley. She is survived by: her sons, Doug Henry (Dawn), Dennis Henry (Kelly) and Rick Henry. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
