He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard M. Osborne and Grace Osborne (Wilson); his brother Wilson (Madeline); his son-in-law Robert Wharton; his niece Judith (Ronald McNeese); and his nephew-in-law Darrell Lamb.

He is survived by : his wife Madeline Jarboe; his son Thomas (Birgit); his granddaughter Grace of San Diego, CA; his daughter Cynthia Renee Wharton of Raytown, MO; his great-nephew Craig (Gina McNeese); and his great-niece Angela Lamb of Grant City, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grant City Food Pantry, Grant City Christian Church of Masonic Lodge.
