He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Hansen and Margie Hanna Hansen (Bellen); and his brother James E. Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Penny Jost; his daughters, Edith Cimaglia (Kelly), Christine Garvis (Vincent), Kayla Kammerer (Ryan) and Kristina Bennett (Alex); and his siblings, Terry Hansen (Cathy) and Cheryl Stead (Ken). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; one great-grandson, several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (9307 North State Highway 5, Gravois Mills, MO 65037). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
