He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Billington and Ellen Billington (Snyder); his wife Donna Billington; and his siblings, Wanda Dillard, Ivan Billington, Gary Billington, Ernie Billington, Gordon Billington, Vernon Billington and Jerry Billington.

He is survived by: his sons, Loren Billington (Jaclyn) of Kirksville and Kevin Billington of Green Castle, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Shelby Billington, Charley Billington and Cali Billington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Green Castle Cemetery.
