He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Billington and Ellen Billington (Snyder); his wife Donna Billington; and his siblings, Wanda Dillard, Ivan Billington, Gary Billington, Ernie Billington, Gordon Billington, Vernon Billington and Jerry Billington.
He is survived by: his sons, Loren Billington (Jaclyn) of Kirksville and Kevin Billington of Green Castle, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Shelby Billington, Charley Billington and Cali Billington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home (2 W 5th St, Green City, MO 63545). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:40 AM at the Green Castle Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Green Castle Cemetery.
