She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian Verwers and Edith Verwers; her husband Forest Samuel Decker; and her sister Elaine. She is survived by: her sons, Sammy (Nicky) and Shane (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Bailey Harms (Alan), Hannah Decker, Jackson Williamson, Brynlee and Addison Decker; and her sister Susie Ditmer (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be given in her memory to the Putnam County Memorial Hospital or to the Leukemia Foundation.
