He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Miller and Letha Clay; and his siblings, Ellis Miller, Howard Miller and Roy Clay.

He is survived by: his siblings, Stanley Miller and Shirley Starbuck; his children, Sierra Hill, Sabrina Emrich and James DeHart; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Marley, Amelia, Nevaeh, Amara and Amari (AJ). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Glenwood Community Building.
