She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Long and Maurine Downen (Pipes); her husband Dwight Jacobs; her grandson Will Jacobs; her brother Jerry Long; her half-siblings, Phil Long, Randy Long, Sam Long, Delbert Downen, Leila Walsh and Carol Hartz; her stepparents, Raymon Downen and Evelyn Long (Reger); and her stepsister Dixie Maurer.

She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Jacobs (Debra Kay) of Green City, Aaron Jacobs (Debra Sue) of Smithville and Glen Allen Jacobs (Trena) of Winigan, Missouri; her grandchildren, Justin Jacobs, Ora Jacobs, Melissa Jacobs, Asia Jacobs, Garrett Jacobs, Jacob Mittag, McKay Greer, Sam Jacobs, Jeb Jacobs, Bennet Jacobs, Jared Jacobs and Mazie Jacobs; and her half-sisters, Marilyn Hanke, Kay Allbee, Cheryl Summers, Doris Ellis and Sandy Randolph. She is also survived by 17 Great grandchildren.
