She is survived by: her children, Heather Neely Jaques (Darin Jaques), Michelle Eubanks Parr (Terry Parr) and Martin Neely; her grandchildren, Jennifer Pickett, Elisha Mendenhall (Ed McNish), Josh Pickett, Brittany Parr, Joel Pickett, Miles Jaques and Jared Sizemore (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Clay McNish, Audrey McNish, Aiden Mendenhall, Emma McNish, Jayden Sizemore, River Sizemore, Destiny (Jeremiah Summers), Hunter Lunsford and Olivia Lunsford.
