He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Payne and Mildred Payne of Green City; his wife Veronica A. Payne of Lowber, PA; his sister Frances Payne (Kerns); and his grandfather John Johnson Payne.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Myers; and his son Robert Wilson.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
