It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Clay (Green City, Missouri), who passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack McWhirter and Virginia McWhirter. She is survived by: her spouse Carol Lee Clay; her children, Diana Clay and Michael Clay; her grandchildren, Taylor Clay, Tony Clay and Kirynn Clay; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Scarlet, Octavia and Alistair Clay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
