She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Fowler and Geraldine McNeil (Rountree); her stepson Joseph Thomas DeBoeuf; and her brother Barry Dale Fowler. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Amy Lynn DeBoeuf of Clearwater, Florida; her siblings, Raymond Fowler of Hubert, Nancy Fowler of Warner Robins, Earl Todd Fowler of Wetumpka and Eric Eugene Fowler of Warner Robins, Georgia; and her pets, Coco and Zoey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Wishes of the Family or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
