He was predeceased by: his parents, Quintin Clifford Binder Sr. and Bessie Sarah Binder (Pritchard); and his sister-in-law Debbie Binder. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Fred Binder II (Carmen) and Jessica Binder-Balke; his granddaughters, Grace Binder, Gretchen Binder, Allison Stevenson and Harley Binder-Balke; and his siblings, Pat Koenigsfeld (Mark), Barbara Tavener (Gerry), Clifford Binder (Connie) and Jim Binder (Michelle). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
The family suggests contributions to the Green Ridge Fire Department or the Pettis County 4H Foundation in care of the funeral home.
