She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Spain and Velma Spain (Mohwinkel); her husband Charles Cross of Lebanon, MO; her brother Wayne; her sister-in-law Delores Spain; her sister Louise Houston; and her sister-in-law Wanda Spain (Morrow).
She is survived by: her brothers, Leroy Spain (Linda) of South Greenfield, MO and Neal Spain of Derby, KS; her children, Sheila Buus (Stephen), Philip Cross (Keiana) of Edmond, OK and Annette Wagoner (Scott) of Webb City, MO; and her grandchildren, Josiah Wagoner, Isaiah Wagoner, Selah Cross, Karis Cross and Eliana Buus.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Main Street Baptist Church (513 Crestview Dr, Greenfield, MO 65661). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Solace House of the Ozarks.
