He was predeceased by : his father Richard Haines; and his cousin Larry Berry. He is survived by : his daughters, Carla Poterbin (Tim) and Lacey Ruzicka (Brian); his mother Bonnie Haines; his grandchildren, Madison Riley, Jason Poterbin, Michael Poterbin, Maidyn Riley, Myah Riley, Nicole Poterbin, Raiden Romang, Seth Curtis, Calvin Ruzicka and Asher Ruzicka; and his cousins, Kyle Berry, Robert Berry, Lois Berry, Janice Gray, Deloris Snider, Donald Berry and Cheryl Rusch.
