Dixie Aileen Farmer Obituary

We announce the death of Dixie Aileen Farmer of Greenfield, Missouri, who passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 97. Dixie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Normal Montgomery and Nancy Alma Montgomery (Shaw); her husband Truman Farmer; her daughter Jana Farmer; and her siblings, Farrel Montgomery, Harold D. Montgomery and Opal Lee Gresham.

She is survived by: her daughters, Monda Jeffreys (Ron) of Arcola, MO and Agena Farmer of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandson Paul Jeffreys (Krista) of Arcola, MO; her great grandchildren, Hunter Jeffreys (Princess) of Arcola, MO and Noah Jeffreys of Arcola, MO; and her great great grandchild Haze Jeffreys. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Greenfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Awaken Church or to the Greenfield Cemetery.
