She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Helen Moore (Scrivner). She is survived by: her husband Virgil Bartlett; her daughter Michelle Jones of Greenfield, MO; her sisters, Janice Mead of Everton, MO and Sharon Price of Butler, MO; and her adoptive daughters, April Hull of Sarcoxie, MO and Jennifer Gary of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
