He is survived by: his parents, Neil Duvall (Nancy) of Springfield, MO and Collette Fow (Goodwin) of Springfield, MO; his wife Tara Duvall; his son Christopher Duvall (Kassady Lampe) of Greenfield, MO; his siblings, Greg Duvall (Becky), Mike Duvall (Amy) of Ozark, MO and Jennifer Houchins (Dan) of Washington, MO; his nephews, Brandon Duvall, Samuel Houchins and Levi Houchins; and his niece Lyla Duvall.
