He was predeceased by : his parents, Blanche Omega Allison (Daughtrey) and Truman Allison; his wife Amy Lee Allison; and his great grandchild Chloe Farris. He is survived by : his children, Teresa Russell (Bill) of Springfield, MO, Steve Allison (Anita) of South Greenfield, MO and Marla Gillen of Greenfield, MO; his sister Melba Rector of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Sara Frickenschmidt, Susan Russell (Jace Knox), Marc Allison (Megan), Eric Allison (Kirsten), Brittany Allison (Brady Burns) and Phillip Gillen; his great grandchildren, Phoebe Farris, Dakota Pruiett, Leora Russell-Whitlock, Pace Allison, Camden Allison, Coyer Allison, Brooks Allison, Beckett Allison and Callen Burns; and his great great grandchild Nora Pruiett.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greenfield First Christian Church or to the Pennsboro Cemetery.
