He is survived by: his father Rusty Sly of Greenville; his wife Lindsey Sly (Earle); his children, Timothy Sly-Callison of Texas, Robert Sly-Callison of Texas, Krysten Sly of Farmington and Cody Sly of Greenville; his stepchildren, Thomas Bristol (Haylee) of Texas, Collier Bristol of Poplar Bluff and Loghan Bristol of Greenville; his brother Justin Sly (Amanda) of Jackson; his stepsiblings, Dalton Sly, David Markham and Christina Morris; and his granddaughters, Scarlett Callison and Autumn Bristol.
