He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cissell and Joan Cissell (Ogden). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cissell; his children, David Cissell (Katrina Bogrett) of Tioga, Matthew Massa (Lydia) of Greenville, MO and Melissa Cate of Greenville, MO; his grandchildren, Brenden Cate, Breanne Cate, John Massa, Jayden Massa, Mattalyn Massa, Ellie Massa and Brynlee Cissell; and his brothers, Donald Cissell, Kenneth Cissell and Michael Cissell. He is also survived by his family and friends.
