He is survived by: his cousin Edgar "Dolph" Green; his wife Barbara; his children, Calvin Moyers (Barb) of Greenville, MO and Lisa Hinkle (David) of Farmington, MO; his grandchildren, Matthew Moyers, Emily McCormick (Matt) and Jessica Stam (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Luke, Oliver and Ryder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
