He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Howard Groceman and Alice "Penny" Groceman; and his brother Jeffrey D. Groceman. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Seagraves; his stepsons, Christopher Seagraves and Seth Seagraves; his siblings, Michael "Max" Groceman (Carol) and Cynthia "Gus" Groceman of Kansas City; his close friend Jackson; Alexa.
