She is survived by: her husband James Lewis Smith; her children, Kellie Brassfield (Mark), Kyle Stephens (Stephanie), Kirk Stephens (Casie), Rebecca Brucker (Gary) and James Smith (Harley); her brothers, Richard Fike Smith (Debbie) and Stanley Gordon Smith; and her sister-in-law Marianne Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
