He was predeceased by : his former life partner Dolores Foster; his parents, Hoyt Foster and Alice Foster; his siblings, Harry Foster and Willa Mc Alhaney; his sisters-in-law, Marty Foster and Darylene Foster; his son-in-law Randy Fastner (Jo); and his grandson-in-law Mark Reffitt.

He is survived by : his wife Dolores Reffitt; his daughters, Deborah D. Fastner (Randy) and Cynthia M. Hauser (Bill); his former life partner Jo Ann Foster; and his brother William Foster. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
