She is survived by: her children, David Stephens (Sharon) of Malta Bend, Roy Stephens of Braymer, Dan Stephens of Hale, Missouri and Sharon Van Dusen (Bill) of Hale, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jammie Stephens, Lisa Stephens, Jeremy Stephens (Heather), Laura Stephens, Amos Van Dusen, Adam Van Dusen (Kari), Jeffery Stephens (Crystal), Justin Stephens (Michaela) and Shelby Martin (Cody); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Makenzi Van Dusen, Makenna, Conner Stephens, Lucas Stephens, Bryce, Chase, Wyat, Catlin, Xander and Lennox Martin; her brothers, Dean Spencer (Judy) and John Spencer; and her brother-in-law Bill Bartlebaugh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
