He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Spainhour and Beverly Spainhour (Haynes); his sister Linda Spainhour; and his nephew Jeremiah Spainhour. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Renee York of Utica, Missouri and Lloyd Wayne Spainhour (Liz) of Meadville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Aaron, Shelby, Miranda, Lucretia, Gregory, Riley, Harley, Matthew and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Declyn, Adalynn, Camdyn, Rhett and Kinsley; his brother Larry Spainhour (Lisabeth) of Hale, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Scott, Michael Spainhour, Amy Gann and Katie Lightle. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
