He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Waters and Frances Baker Waters (Mays); his stepfather Roger Waters; his grandparents, Edgar and Effie Baker; and his sisters, Cheryl, Marla and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary, Jim and Wendy; and his cousin Peggy Baker.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Caldwell County Foundation Cancer Assistance Fund in care of the funeral home.
