Though Judith may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Willard and Joan Vincent (Harris); and her brother Larry Vincent. She is survived by: her children, James Payne (Jessica) of Hamilton, Donald Payne of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Chasity Payne of Braymer, Missouri; and her brothers, Roger Vincent of Excelsior Springs, David Vincent of Excelsior Springs, Billy Vincent of Excelsior Springs and Terry Vincent (Katrina) of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandchild.
