She was predeceased by: her parents, Teddy Milligan and Lillie Milligan (Patterson); her siblings, Lawrence Bradford Milligan, Charles Milligan, Sam Milligan, Albert Milligan, Jessie Gilby and Mary Lou Leach; and her pet Peanut.
She is survived by: her son Ryan Allsup (Megan) of Kidder, MO; her grandchildren, Atison Leigh Allsup, Rylan Thomas Allsup and Becker Wain Allsup; her sisters, Nancy Milligan, Frances Bradley, Sharon Bradley (Pop) and Connie Puterbaugh (Steve); and her pet Skippy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
