She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Archie and Gladys Marie Henry (Hendrix). She is survived by: her children, Steve Switlik, Mary Abbott, Patrick Switlik, Larry Switlik (Charlene), Theresa Kresse (Albert), Kathy LeFever (Gary), Dorothy Vessar, Evelyn Switlik and Tim Switlik. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Caldwell County Foundation or the St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
