It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Faye Chadwick of Hamilton, Missouri, born in Cameron, Missouri, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Curp and Mary Amanda Curp (Potts); and her siblings, Richard Curp, John Curp, Mary Gibson, Rose Lee Walker and Helen Roling.

She is survived by : her sister Lois Pihart of Rochester, MN; and her children, Daniel Chadwick (Kate), Hamilton, Richard Chadwick (Sally) of Surprise, AZ, Cathy Sexauer (Bob) of Clinton, MO, James Chadwick (Karen), Cameron, Anne Watters (John) of Springfield, MO, Robert Chadwick (Sheryl) of Bonner Springs, KS, Jane Kavanaugh (Lynn), Julie Adams (Mark) of Liberty, MO, Laurie Entrup (Mark) of Springfield, MO, Mary Van Dyke (Harold) of Linneus, MO and Joseph Chadwick (Julie). She is also survived by 40 grandchildren (and 24 spouses), 67 great-grandchildren (and 2 spouses), 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Mercy Hospital, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, or a charity of your choice in Rita's memory.
